You can choose a set of desired services payment arrangements. Voice information about account balance: 0.5 hryvnias per each call; 10 hryvnias per month for 30 calls + 0.25 hryvnias for each next one; 30 hryvnias per month for unlimited number of calls. Fax account statements (for Kyiv): 1 hryvnia per each fax; 40 hryvnias per month for an unlimited number of faxes. Information about currency rates by fax: 0.3 hryvnias per each copy; 10 hryvnias a month for an unlimited number of faxes. Voice information about currency rates — free of charge. To be connected to the service "Aval-TeleVoice", you should contact your outlet of the Bank. In case such connection is technically feasible, you are to fill in a relevant paper application form.
