How to exchange bonuses?

  1. If you have the number of bonuses sufficient for exchanging them to the banking service of your choice, you just need to visit the nearest outlet of Raiffeisen Bank Aval and show the Aval-Loyalty-Card and your identification document.
  2. If the Aval-Loyalty-Card is lost, the bonuses accrued will be retained. The card will be reissued by your written application.
  3. The deadline for bonuses exchange is December 1, 2010.*

*The deadline can be postponed depending on the number of accrued bonuses actually exchanged, economic environment, etc.
